Adding options to tickets/package

Is it possible to add waterparks or hopper option to MYW tickets at your hotel if you have purchased a package (w free dining)? I just had a CM tell me no, you have to purchase the extras with your package. She seemed new and I thought we did just that (added the water parks option at hotel) on our last trip.

What's the scoop?

You can make changes to your package up until the time you actually check in. Once you have your tickets (or KTTW) in hand each is an individual ticket and can be upgraded, separately if you so desire.
