adding on extra points

Hi there we currently own 210 points @ SSR and looking to the future are thing about adding on to enable an extra vacation but im wondering what the minimum add on is? are there restrictions or can you just add what you want? how much would we pay per extra point? thanks

minimums are 25 pts if you pay cash and 50 pts if you finance.

beyond that, you can add what you want. want a contract of 27 pts? 36? 51? 71? disney will make it happen.

these guys do a great job tracking pricing.

if you want to add on at SSR, you'd be better off (from a pricing standpoint) looking for a resale contract with the same use year month.

BTW, i assume you know this but you can't add-on one-time pts through disney directly. that could only be accomplished by having another individual member transfer their pts to you.

when "adding on", you would be buying another contract that lasts for 30+ years (depending on the home resort) and owe dues on those pts accordingly.

thanks for the replies!! we are intending the points long term not just a 1 off so thats great - if buying from disney something makes me think points were $108 when we bought per point is this still the case or do you know current price per point?
