Adding on a day to my ticket

Do we have to go through member services to add on a day to a ticket if bought through DVC?

No, call Disney Ticketing. DVC cannot change the ticket. And with DVC you will have to be on hold for several hours before reaching someone. So call Disney Ticketing. They have a virtual queue. It will still take a few hours, but they will call you back when it is your turn.

I had such a hard time. First call to Disney told me I had to call DVC, DVC said I had to call Disney. I kept getting the overflow agents who can't do anything. One agent told me I could get a refund I called the next morning at 7am and was able to get the actual ticking dept who helped me and of course restored my faith in Disney!
