In my rush to make dining reservations on a quirky system while out of town celebrating Christmas with the in-laws, I forgot to put a nut allergy on my reservations. Is there a way to add that without calling? I know some don't mind calling but with 3 small kids it's easy to do online when I have time. TIA

Darn thanks though! At least I got all the reservations we were hoping for!

No reason to call! when you check in at the restaurant let the greeter know. They will stamp your seating card with ALLERGY. Also let the server know when they come to the table

Ok thanks - first time traveling to WDW with an allergy. It is more of a hyper sensitivity but easier to say allergy and be completely safe!

While going through the reservation system, there is this notice:

Learn more about special dietary request options. If you have further questions, email SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com, or call (407) 824-5967, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Seems you could just shoot off an email to them.

Unless it is a really complicated allergy there really is no need to email. Just let them know at restaurant check in.

We emailed, and they said the same as PP.

Just make sure you let the server know when she comes to your table. They will typically send out a chef to talk to you about your family's allergy and what they have available.
