Adding Names to Reservation

Any idea until when I can add names to my tent site reservation? We are getting married at disney in November and have booked one site for a week and then an extra site on another night. We are hoping to have our families to our site on the extra night..so that the kids can take advantage of fort services (ie. swimming)...so I'd like to make sure everyone's name is on the reservation. Unsure of exactly who will show up. Can I just drop into the desk and add names that day?

Yep, just add and delete names as folks come and go. Not a problem!!!

We always end up having drop ins while at the Fort. One of these visits it will be just DW and I, but with family all over the Orlando/Kississimee area, we seem to have last minute add ons. Other than parking passes or "room" keys, I have never worried about adding the names to our reservation.

You can add and change anytime. If your not sure how many and when, I would wait till you check in and add them then. You can add and change even after you check in. Its a preety easy process. Have a good trip!
