Adding Multiple Credit Cards to MDE

If I add multiple credit cards to MDE, can I choose which one to use for Genie+ at the time of making reservations? I want to use one only for the hotel/food and another for Genie+. I do not wish to dig into the reasons, but for us it makes sense.

I feel like mine defaults to whichever one is in my disney account when it comes to things like ILLs and Genie+, which may or may not be the one I add to the hotel folio.

AFAIK, you can't link more than one CC to MDE. However, you can save the CC numbers in notes on your phone and copy/paste them as needed to use them for different things.

Also, you can use one CC for the hotel and a different one for MDE - they don't have to be the same. That might be easier to manage. You would charge food purchases to your resort account via MB while G+/LL purchases would go to the MDE credit card. When doing mobile order for quick service restaurants, you have a choice of payment method so could use the same CC as the hotel or use the one linked to MDE.
