Adding ME to existing reservation

When we made our free dining reservations for Sept we were planning on driving. However, I was just able to find a pretty darn good deal on SW if I am willing to drive the 4 hourst to KC (gee 4 hours in a car vs two days - tough decision). Anyway, now that we are flying how do I get ME added to our ressie so I get my nice little yellow luggage tags?
