Try using the "Contact Us" link on the member website and emailing the name of your guest.

I agree, email is the best unless you're short on time.

Just names and for kids, the ages, should be sufficient assuming you don't have a DP option in place and are not ordering DVC passes. It'll usually take them 2-3 days but sometimes it's more or less in my experience. I'd do it off the website though it's possible to do it directly if you include all the info they require.
