Adding Guests to Villa

Not sure how this would work. In August we have a 3-bedroom GV at AKL Jambo with 7 people on the reservation.

Another family we know is also staying the same time at another onsite hotel (non-DVC resort, family of 4).

Could I add them to our reservation so we could spend a pool day at Jambo together? We wouldn't be over occupancy, but I'm thinking no since they already have an onsite reservation but wanted to make sure!

Just alter their name a bit and add them to your reservation. Use initials or nicknames - instead of John David Doe, put JD Doe on your reservation.

I have done this multiple times, even at BCV to get people access to SAB.

If you have the dining plan you will have to pay for the additional names as well. Keep in mind they will be able to get Magicbands and access your room as well.
