Just wondering if anyone had a recent experience adding 1 person to an upcoming stay? I don't relish calling right now so I will attempt chat first, but I also know it's incredibly busy, etc.

So when they say they can accommodate a 5th guest, what does that mean? Specifically referring to Boardwalk villa 1 bedroom?

You're allowed to book five people, but there is no sleeping surface is provided. You have to bring your own air mattress and linens.

That's for point stays only, not cash stays...correct?

OK, so not cot or anything like that. Gotcha. I was confused at how they worded it

The room / bedding doesn't change how you pay for room. You will get 2 sleeping surface. Normally 1 bed and 1 sofa bed.
The difference between cash and points is that they don't allow the 5th guest if booked cash, only if booked on points.
