Adding guest to existing rental

I leave in less than 3 weeks and want to add my daughter to my DVC rental. She wasn't initially going on the trip.
The rental company says they hope to have her added in 1-2 weeks, as they have to contact owner and request them to make the change.

I'm wondering if there's any chance this could not go through. I need to buy her airfare and park tickets asap. Should I take the chance and just buy them now and not wait for confirmation?
My DVC rental was done through a reputable company.

If the owner is willing to help (he should do so by contract I guess) it is easily done online. Make sure you can still make park reservations for her

The process itself is pretty easy one but if the owner is away, etc. and not answering emails, or is out of touch, then there is no way to get her added.

However, I’d keep an eye on your reservation and keep in touch with the broker In a few days to see if they have at least touched base with them.

Only you can decide if it’s worth the risk to buy the airfare and tickets but I’d probably wait at least a few days.
