Adding Genie+ to Existing 3 Day Parkhopper Tickets

We purchased our 3 Day Parkhoppers prior to the rollout of Genie+ and I would like to add it onto the tickets now instead of doing it each morning in the park. Is there a way this can be done? I know for Disney World it apparently can be but I haven't found a way to do it for Disneyland yet.

Have you linked/loaded the tickets into your Disneyland app? I would think there should be an option to add on Genie+ to your existing tickets in the app. If not, you would do it day of after you're scanned into the parks. You could also call Customer Service and ask them to let you upgrade your tickets to having Genie+.

I did already link and load it into the app as well as making park reservations. I thought so too but I'm not finding any, just the option to add a new ticket. Customer Service takes a long time to get in contact with so I was hoping there was a way to do it in the app but if I need to call in, that's fine. Just wanted to see if there was something I am missing.
