Adding Entertainment Tickets to My Disney Experience

Had problems accessing the full calendar icon (GRR.. sometimes that website is so wonky!) whilst booking tickets for Cirque du Soleil online so called into the Disney customer service telephone line for help. The reservation was booked by the CM successfully and I was given a confirmation number.
Tried to link the number to my itinerary and cannot.

Any idea how to do this prior to receiving MBs?

It may be one of those things that don't link, like BBB or pirate adventure cruises. You can only add it in your plans, but it might not link up like tickets for parks or ADRs.

I had the same question and found out that you cannot link the reservation. I added it to my plans for that day. Enjoy the show!

Thanks to you both and going over to add the event to my Disney calendar w/ a Microsoft note to that calendar including cnf # for good luck.
