Adding DxDDP to a Split Stay

I am supposed to be checking in to AKV this Sunday. Things are still up in the air due to a family illness. The original plan was for my DH and me to go, but he is not going to be able to. Now, my DS15 wants to go with me. If we go, we are going to change some of our ADRs around, and I may change from having 2 days of DxDDP to 1 day. (I'm at AKV for 2 and then move to BWV for 1.) I would add the DxDDP to the last night, since I will be doing the CP and have an ADR at Teppan Edo that day. I will pay OOP for the beginning of the trip.

If I just want the DxDDP for December 20, what is the latest I have to add it and pay for it? Is it 48 hours before check-in at AKV or 48 hours before check-in at BWV?

48 hours before check in at the resort where you are using the DDP.
