I've also read that there must be an AP holder in each room now and only 1 room per AP holder. For the OP: yes, the way you are doing it is fine. No your guest do not need to have an AP nor ticket if you choose. Yes, you can add any of the dining plans to each room, or even just one room and not the other. We have used the AP holder room discount and dining plan several times. Just recently I booked a room for my daughter at Pop for a Saturday night stay at the AP rate (yes there are discounts on weekends, as some posters say there are not). I added the QS ddp to that one night stay. We are a family of 5 AP holders, so well within the criteria. The ddp for one night is a great saving tool. There are 2 adults and 2 children and the QS was $82 for the one night, which includes 4 mugs, 8 QS and 8 Snacks. Now that's a deal because the 4 mugs would cost $50 alone. So to think they are going to get 8 QS meals and 8 snacks for only $32 is a real value.
