Adding days to pkg. - do I extend free dining?

Hi. I am in the throes of planning our August/11 trip. I already have 11 nights booked with free dining, but we are considering adding another 3 nights. Can I add 3 nights and extend my free dining to include the additional nights?

I'm not to sure either way. I'd tend to lean toward "no" because the free dining promotion is over, so there's no active free dining discount that can be applied to your re-booked reservation.

If there's a way they can modify a reservation and keep existing (though no longer offered) discounts, then maybe it will work. Best bet is to call and ask.

Generally you can extend your stay and it would include the free dining. As stated above the problem is that the booking period ended Dec. 20th. From my own past experience they will still allow changes and honor it as long as the resort you are staying at did not sell out of their free dining allotment for the days you are staying.

I actually just extended mine by a day and they said it will extend my free dining to that added day. Sure enough the email came through and it shows on there!

I just got off the phone with Disney. I was able to add 3 nights and extend the free dining to include those nights, but as OP said it was because it was available at the resort we are staying.
