Adding dates to a reservation, now not available

Hello. I had a 7 night reservation made at the 11 mos window and attempted to add on night 8 today and it says that 8th day is not available in the unit i have booked. How could that be if it is 11 mos out and I already had day prior? I had a Standard Studio at BW and understand their demand but thought since i had the 7 day max booked it would allow me to do the 8th, etc each day?

Is today already the 11 month window for the date you are adding? If so, someone else took it.

In order to add to a 7 day trip booked right at 11 months, you have to add that day prior to the window opening for the next day.

For example, today we can book November 14 to 21st. If I want to add the night of the 21st, I have add it before December 21st.

Ran into a similar snag with DVC reservations. It's like a puzzle, isn't it? Just when you think you've got it, poof, your perfect plan needs a Plan B!

Set up a waitlist. I just had two separate waitlists come through for one night each, one being Beach Club. A one night waitlist has a good chance of being fulfilled vs two or more nights. Good luck!
