It depends on the girls. For us and DD, it would be too hard to go to a resort or Disney Springs and not enter a WDW park. We would be better off calling it a Universal trip and pretending it wasn't near WDW! If you really want to do something, but nothing expensive, you could go to Disney Springs (but in my experience with girls that involves much shopping which quickly gets expensive). You could take them to the mini golf course on Disney property. You could go to the Grand Floridian and watch the MK fireworks from the boat dock. You could go to a monorail resort and ride the monorail around a bit. Both of those are free things. For us, it would just be too hard to be that close and outside though!
