My DD (age 5) & are are definitely going to take a cruise, but can't convince any other family members to go with us! My husband & mother won't cruise & my father won't fly. My brother isn't a Disney person (I can't BELIEVE we're even related!!), but he will cruise. My question is can you add another adult to the room after the cruise has been booked? I don't really want to pay full price for a five year old if I don't have to.

It depends on how full the ship is. I've heard of people who were able to add another adult two weeks prior to sailing, I've also heard of cases where they couldn't two months prior to sailing. I'd add the other adult now, you can always drop that person at the 60 day mark.

I added another adult on my last cruise. It was about 3 months before actual cruise. I agree it can vary depending on how heavily booked your cruise is when you request a change.
It also will most likely change your room #. I'd make the change asap.
