to an existing reservation - why can't they do this?!?! I was told my additional two nights at the start of our trip would have to be a seperate reservation, meaning we would have to go up and check out on Sunday and re-check back in!! Here is the clincher - we will be camping at FW and she can't guarantee that we will get the same campsite back when we check back in "They will do their best" is all she would keep saying!! NO WAY can we break down camp and reset up! Has anyone delt with this before? Should I call back and try to make the two reservations one - if so HOW!? Any advise will greatly be appreciated!

Is it because they can't give you the same rate? I think everything on one ressie has to be the same rate. If you got a good discount that is gone now, the first two nights would need to be a separate ressie because you wouldn't want to lose your good rate on the other nights. Some people do this on purpose to take advantage of a rate decrease that starts during their trip and I think most people don't usually have to move (though most I've heard from are in hotels, not FW.)
