Adding additional guests to FD room

My sister and nephew have a room booked during FD. There is a chance that my brother in law will be able to join us, but won't know for a few weeks. Is the FD attached more to the room reservation, in that you can add more guests, as long as you are not exceeding room capacity?

That is correct. Keep in mind that any extra person will have to add tickets with ph/wp&m for the entire length of the reservation.
