Adding A Picture,Need Help Please..UPDATE more help needed

I had to have one of my cat's 'La-La' put to sleep today.He was 14yrs old,and i found out yesterday that he had liver tumours,almost certain it was cancerous.He was due for an exploratory op this Fri,but he never made it,he took a turn for the worse .

I would love to add his picture(i think-i don't know if it would be too hard to see his pic all the time at the moment) to the middle of the page where my holiday dates are-something like where Mandy,Natalie have there small pics.
I have no idea how to do this+i'm sure you guys will go thru it step by step with me-as i get really confused with this stuff .Where do i start?

I deffinatley need help-i deff don't have a photobucket account.Have'nt a clue how to re-size-Heck i don't even know how to give you the picture . for you to help me.Once i get the pics developed--(i even use a disposable camera,as i don't understand our brand new digital one )Oh-i just thought can i use a disposable camera photo??--how do you get to see the pic.I am terrible at this are'nt i.x.

just join photobucket as its free and then upload photo, if its too big the go to edit an dresize it. it shows you what to do so you should have no probs Michelle

The way to get the photo on the pc is to either scan it or when you get your film developed ask them to put the images onto a CD for you. Then you can get the photos off your cd onto your pc. Once you've done that you can email it to me and I'll resize it and upload it to my photobucket account for you to put in your sig.

Yes we have a scanner,Dh took a few pics of La-La Monday evening with the digital camera,so i may use one of them which would be easier than scanning the other photo's that i took(we're low on ink at the moment-so it would'nt come out very nice).Thanks for your thoughts about La-La,it was so sad/hard to have him put to sleep,but i held him as they done it so he was'nt alone.I still remember the day i watched him being born .I have his mum+dad who are 15yrs+i have his brother still at home,they keep looking for him .

Hi You Guys,
As you can see with all your help,i managed to work it out and add my picture of my lovely cat.BUT all my writing has disappeared at the bottom?????The writing is of the holidays we have had.How do i get that back???.Would it help if i moved my ticker next to my cat's picture-how would i do that.To add this picture has taken me the best part of 2hrs.Please help me some more.Thans.x.x.

Your trip history has disappeared because you've exceeded the maximum signature size.

Go to your CP, click "Edit Signature", then copy the entire text and paste it to a post here, exactly as it is without alterations. We can then fiddle with it for you to get you something you're happy with.

Actually, I've just realised that won't work because it'll convert all the HTML code. Can you copy all the text in your signature and email it to me at debbiechurchill@blueyonder.co.uk. I'll have a play around for you.

Michelle, go to your user CP, if you remove some of the lines in your siggie by going to just infront of your ticker and pressing backspace so this will bring it up a line, OMG that sounds so complicated, you can then go to preview signature to see if it worked

I tried this and it's deleting the ] from the other line of text when i push the backspace button.
Is all of this because my piccy is to big-i tried to get it as small as possible+then i could'nt go any further with it .x.
