My nephew might join us for our next trip to Disney World, but he won't know until the last minute. We will definitely be a party of 3 and with him it would be 4. Can I book ADR's for 3 people and then add him later? Or should I book them all for 4 people and then remove him if he can't make it? Thanks!

Make them for 4 people. It is the same size table in most restaurants, and you won't be charged if you show up with 3 instead of 4. Adding someone later is sometimes difficult.

Book all of your reservations for the maximum number of people who might be at the restaurant. It is always easier to show up with one less person, than to try and add someone when you arrive at the restaurant because there is always the outside chance that the extra person will not be seated because of fire code rules. Also, as long as at least one person shows up for the reservation you will not be charged the no show fee for the missing person.

The only reservations i would call and modify to the correct number of people are any prepaid reservations such as the dinner shows, CRT and special events such as the fireworks dessert parties.
