adding a park day at arrival

I only bought a 6 day park ticket for my vacation package. I wanted to add on a day. When I looked online it said the difference to add a day was $42. I called to add a day, but since I booked before the price increase on tickets the agent told me it would be $57. I thought I read on here about price bridging. So, I asked her if I used 1 day then at my resort added another day, would they only charge the $42, she told me it would be $57 no matter when I added it. Does anyone know for sure?

We haven't had any issues bridging our tickets in the past. For this, you should only have to pay the current price difference between 6 and 7 days (which is a little less than 11 dollars, not 42).

Thanks! That's what I thought too. I booked my package before the price increase. It's me and my 3 kids..so total it was $42 something, but the agent wanted to charge me $57 since I got my tickets when they were cheaper.
By the way, you're in Lancaster! You're so close, i'm near Parkesburg!

Since you have 4 tickets, the $42 number is correct. I was missing that. We just upgrade our tickets at a guest relations booth before we go into a park. It doesn't matter what day (as long as you have used one day and there are still entitlements left on the ticket). There are occasional reports of CMs that don't bridge. If that happens I would just say "thanks, we'll think about it," and then try again later. You know what you should have to pay to upgrade the tickets.
