Adding a night at the beginning without losing prior discount

I check into CBR on 8/12, and I used the discount that came out early Jan to book that stay. However I want to add 8/11, stay in the same room but not lose the discount for the whole stay. My type of room is showing as available that night. Before I waste a bunch of time on hold, is this even possible?

Same situation but on the phone they showed the room at rack rate so I just booked it myself online at the discounted rate. So a split stay for one night same resort lol

Just book it and see if they can mark it in the reservation that's youd like to stay. Check with front desk too

Yes it is possible, if there are rooms available that were allotted for the discount.

I got free dining when it came out for summer. About 6 weeks ago I called and asked if I could add a day and keep my free dining. There were no rooms available for the view I had originally chosen, but there was for a different view (for the whole week). I switched views, added the day, and kept the promotion.

I think it's worth calling and seeing if you can. Worst case, you have a split stay. But you could also ask if there's any way to link the two reservations when you check in and let you stay in the same room. I feel like this is easier done at hotels outside of WDW since their occupancy rates are so high, but it doesn't hurt to ask when you check in!

I went april this year to cbr and it was avg $164 a night for 4 nights sun to thur. Adding sat bumped avg upto $210 .so i just added extra sat night at start at $222 and kept the discount sun to thur price . I then just request same room for both bookings and got it. Bonus when i added the extra night i ended up booking it as a ticketless dining plan . You have to add dining plan for the whole booking number stay but as it was one night that all i had to pay for. Then we all had free refill mug for our stay. We booked a character breakfast at epcot. Use quick service credits on big meals like bbq sampler and split them with kids and on 2nd day at epcot used snack credits on flower festival food stalls. Saved us about $200on the food for that 2 days

I have done it twice so far to our September trip, added a Monday and then Sunday keeping it under the same reservation and getting discount for whole stay. Not sure if discount still available on your booking, but I would most definitely call.

Get "continuing reservation" added to your one night reservation.

Hi, what rooms would you recommend in the CBR? Corner rooms?

I used tourplans fax and requested martinque area . We had water view level booked and suggested building 26 or 25 and we ended up with 2nd story in building 26 . We had great view of lake and could see epcot fireworks . Was a great location for the time as we were 100m from food court and first bus stop for pick up and drop off . But with skyliner now we would be one of the furthest buildings from that . I think barbados would be best now but they might all be preferred

This just happened to us and I couldn’t get it done online after months of calls and checking online so we had two reservations. One for 5 nights with dining and 1 night room only. When I got here I spoke with a manager. She worked her magic and kept me in the same room for the whole week and got me the dining plan for our last day too!

The original Barbados was torn down to make way for the Riviera Resort. If it was still up, it would be the closest to the Riviera Skyliner Station. What used to be called Trinidad North is now called Barbados and does have Preferred, Water View and King Rooms. The closest Village to the CBR Skyliner Station is Jamaica and the closest to the Riviera Station is Aruba.
