Adding a new contract

We just closed last Friday on our first add-on contract. It is the same UY and resort. Will it show up on the same page as my other contract? What should I be looking for to see when the points were/are loaded? It was a loaded contract and we are trying to book a vacation this summer because the contract has 100 points that will expire so I don't want to miss something.

As long as it is titled exactly the same as your original contract I should show up as same contract number.001

So the names are the same, is that what you mean by titled the same?

It will show up in your account. Because they are running with less CMs now, the process is taking longer. Some have reported being told 2 to 4 weeks,

Once contract is loaded...it will show up without points...another department has to move the points. That takes about 7 to 10 days, and again, because of the short staffing, things are taking longer than normal,

I would expect you won’t see it all before June.

Yes, same owners listed on the original and this new one. Spelled the same, in the same order...i.e. Ed Jones and Mary Jones.... Not Mary Jones and Ed Jones

I've also seen people get the contract and points loaded in 9 days........wishful thinking!

Some were very lucky, but lately, that timeline doesn’t seem to be possible,

People in the past have been able to get the points moved while talking to someone, But, the CMs thst move them are now in the process of dealing with the banked points and the late banked points, so unfortunately it’s not being pixiedusted as much.

Let’s hope though it doesn’t take a month!
