We will be in Disney for a week with two of our adult children and their families. My other daughter is thinking about booking a flight to join us just for the weekend Sat-Mon morning. Do I need to add her to my room now or should I wait and see if she is able to join us? If I do that will it be too late? It looks like it will be an extra charge to add her to our room at POFQ. Thank you

If you booked a package through Disney (hotel and park tickets) you cannot add her as everyone on the package must have the same tickets/hotel stay. If she decides to come buy her ticket separately and link it in your MDE and just add her to your reservation when she arrives at the hotel. As long as you are under the room occupancy you will not have a problem. You will be charged the extra adult fee unless you receive some pixie dust. Have a great trip.
