Adding a celebration to a reservation

Is there a way to add a celebration (birthday) to a reservation? I go to my vacations and it says if you have a celebration to click on upcoming vacations to add it but I still don't see anywhere to add it. Am I missing something? My cousin will be celebrating her birthday on the trip and I wanted to make sure it was noted so they might have a pin prepared for her.

Do you know what the hours for chat are? It says unavailable right now. Maybe the hurricane has something to do with that though.

I didn't know there was an email option. Do you happen to know what the email address is? I don't see one listed under contact info.

There is a link on the contacts page of the member website.

Edit: I just checked the Contact us section on the MS website. Just click on letter/envelope in the upper left corner of the contact page. It brings up an email that confirms you are a member to them when you send MS an email. No email address to MS is provided as you must use that link to email them.
