adding 1 night(room only) to existing package

if you are trying to add 1 day room only,(our CAA/AAA TA advised they had no availablity to add 1 day onto our existing packge) so she added a 1 day, room only rate at the beginning of our trip (same hotel/both standard rooms).

My question is will they keep us in the same room the following day when our "pkg deal" kicks in. Has anyone been bumped into another room?
Anyway to avoid this?

Be sure to let them know at check-in and they should be able to arrange for you to stay in the same room - just in case they say no or they cannot guarantee it, nicely request to see a supervisor or guest services manager.

We've never had a problem and once even had 3 reservations of 2 ngts each at CR. Our CM at check-in said of course we'd not have to move!
