Add-On's - are they worth the price?

I'm planning a trip in Jan or Feb and there are two add on's to the Dreammaker package I'm considering. First, the wishes add-on for $67/pp a night - there are 2 adults and we do like to drink. Is this worth it?

Second, there is a romance package which is $149/pp - is it worth it?

Alcoholic beverages are not included with the wishes. Since I have DVC we are not given the opportunity for add-ons, so I have no experience with these.
