Add On to BCV and MB Question

We're thinking of adding on and buying 100 BCV points. We currently own at VWL.

To get the $10 discount, do I have to sell Disney back my 1st years points in this deal? Or is this optional.

My guess is with the MB deal (that is where we get $10 off per point right?) it goes from $84 a point to $74 a point as long as you sell back the first year.

I guess I'm confused.

Can someone tell me if I do a 100 point add on at BCV, how much per point will it cost?

Yes, you do have to sell back the first years points.

You will buy the points for $84/point and then they will give you the $10/point to use as part of your downpayment
