Add-on then Resale (only if)?

Does anyone know if we add-on (say 50 to 100pts), and if we decided to resale, would we be able to "resale" just the add-on and not our original interest? I'm just asking "if" (only because if we change our vacationing habits/or come under financial hardship and cannot afford the dues ). I have a feeling I'm going to get some heat for bring up "resale".

From what I understand you can sell the add-on separately from the original contract. You may take a hit after paying about a 15% commission if you go through a re-sale company.
