Add on points at Vero Beach

Hello I was hoping someone could help me out here. I have 200 BCV points UY is Feb. I was thinking of adding on some points in Vero. Its great there. We were just there this past week during Easter. So when I add on points do you have the 11 month booking window for the add on points to your home base? Or would the extra points have a 11 month booking window only for Vero? I was thinking if I wanted to use over 200 points at BCV I would use the extra Vero points, can I do this? And how much are Vero points through Disney? Can I even get Vero points? And everyone is talking about add on points at BWV and this Magical Beginnings? What is this? Do you have to already have points at BWV? Sorry for the confusion, I AM CONFUSED!!!!!!!! LOL

Hi, dvcfamily5. The Vero add-on points can be used for the 11 month window only at Vero. That is the way all the resorts work, not just VB.
I believe VB points right now are $84 per point, less $15 for MB. The initial purchase price may be the cheapest, but the dues are the highest. I think most use years are still available.
I would only recommend VB points to actually use at VB, not WDW. If you plan on going to VB often, then I would buy VB (as we did).
If you plan to visit VB often, remember that as more and more on-site DVC resorts are built, Vero will get harder and harder to book at the 7 month window.
We really love VB and are happy to have points there!
