I've noticed that some of the menus will have a basic pasta dish for a set price, but you can add chicken or shrimp for an additional price. How does this work on the Dining Plan? I have 3 male teenagers that love pasta, and meat. Will we be charged extra, or will the plan cover it?

In general, things that are considered "add-ons" are generally not included with the DDP; so you'll have to pay OOP for those items. It's not necessarily a hard and fast rule, so it's worth it to ask at each venue if the "with" items are included.

I know that at Via Napoli, the additional toppings are not included when using the DDP. You have to pay OOP for toppings.

Only time I remember being charged was for chicken on salad at Boardwalk Bakery.
