Tell me about it....
I have been running for a little over a month and have more aches and pains than I think I should have. (Tight calves, numb feet, etc.)
I have great shoe, insoles, compresison socks, etc. I have tried stretching, not streching (loosening up), working on breathing, started fish oil, drinking more water, eating better, etc. And I'm still here with the same problems I started with. I am currently reading ChiRunning and am thinking about taking Pilates, Yoga, anything that will help. Anyhow, would Acupuncture benefit in any way shape or form? I'm thinking it would help with circulation in my lower legs and feet. I figure it can't make things worse, right?

I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
