I read about the different activities for kids (kids clubs) and the wonderful themed pools in Disney resorts, but we're staying offsite. Is is possible to visit them or go to the pools if you're not staying at the resort?
Thanks
Marie

I don't know for sure about the kids clubs (we've used them but we were hotel guests). I do know that the pools are for guest use only. Like most hotels, they pools are restricted and on a few occasions I have seen people asked to leave by the lifeguards. The pool at Y&B Club "Stormalong Bay" is closely monitored and requires a writstband due to it's popularity.

Thanks Cindy. It makes sense that the pools are only for guests. I wonder if we can visit the resorts just to take a look at them.

You can visit the resorts. You can walk around and look at everything. Some resorts (WL & AKL) have free guided tours and other activities you can enjoy.

We have gone to most of the different hotels and looked around. It is fun, especially at Christmas.

You can certainly eat at each hotel too even if you aren't staying there.
