My train and paper pieced characters are done!! I went w/ 4 mickeys; 4 minnies; 2 goofys; and 2 plutos (one pluto is mine because I paper pieced the train backwards.. he is driving to the right unlike the rest that are driving to the left! LOL They look cute! My kids love them!!!

I'll finish the toppers tomorrow/tonight and this set will be done and I'll template Africa tomorrow and have it done by Friday.. hope to be postal first of next week and than I'm swap free for a good long while because its time to put a use to these swap items that are collecting dust!!!

ok here is what i have done for POTC - WHICH BY THE WAY HAS BEEN A GIANT PITA!!!! ok so instead of cutting out the words with the cricut - i printed it out on card stock in the pirate font. matted it twice and have two pirate brads on it for my topper
*then i did a file folder with pirate paper with stickles and a curley circle gold paper clip.
*then i did a JUMBO paper clip with a pirate coin on it
* I also cut out several keys from light weight metal and put them on a tag clip and inked it with brown ink and stamped on POTC
IS THAT ENOUGH?????? This one has been so tough on me

More than enough!! Sounds adorable... I made an extra element w/ each of mine because I found a good deal on paper...and have more than enough for my own personal pages so I decided to utilize what I over bought on the swap!!! It only needs to be the one topper (8x2) and one additional element... to meet the requirements!!!

I am plugging away. Paper piecing Minnie. I need to go get the right color for her face- the two colors I pulled were both wrong (one too light, one too yellow).

I have one Norway set (topper & viking hat) one Off Kilter set (topper & tag) and 2 Marie paper piecings (NO topper). If anyone is interested in a trade, please send me a pm. I plan to mail this tomorrow.
