Coolcat supplies arrived. She has a sketch and picked out the paper for the Lion King. Good plan and within her skill set.

Still working on the Mickey design -- but she wants it to be Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. Is that okay? For the topper -- Meeska Mooseka Mickey Mouse -- whatever that is -- she said we can find the correct spelling on-line at playhousedisney

That sounds great. Thep aper I used for the Character Spot for Epcot is actually from that line. there is all kinds of stickers, etc for it - I think at mousememories.

i got my monorail topper well underway - i went with the blue cloud backgroud -
also started to cut out the tree of life toppers
and fixed my coral reef and those will be ready to cut.
have ideas for POTC and beauty and the beast show
i have a crop comming up this weekend - so i should be well underway

This one has glitter, where I am trying to emphasis mickey standing on the paint and squishing it:

Which one looks better?

Also I can not think up of anything catchy for my topper related to disney animation. Does any have an idea. I only thought of:

Disney Animation or A Splash of Disney

I am going to make the topper look like a film strip and then add in the title.

I had this crazy idea this afternoon that I would make a TTA car and turn it into a shaker box. After a couple of glasses of wine, this is how it turned out...... Am I off base? Newbie here, so assistance would be most appreciated. I know I need to get everything cut straight, that was the wine! Also, I'm taking votes, the one on the left or right......

Thanks! This was the first shaker box I've made, and it was fairly easy. Double stick tape was my friend! And yes, I'd be happy to make an extra to trade.

I love the shaker boxes and I'm in this group! They look great. I like the mickey one, but would be happy with either. Maybe I'll try wine and see if I can come up with a cute idea. lol
