Activating tickets and DDP

The other thread about tickets/DDP has gone me thinking. I'm staying at SSR for 15 nights and have bought 14-day tickets, which I'm not planning on activating until my second day. However, I would like to start using my DDP credits on my arrival day. This isn't a problem, is it?

No its no problem doing that.
Last August we checked in and used 3 days DDP before we activated our 21 day park tickets, we wanted to use the ticket on our last day so couldn't go in for 1st 3 days.
Only problems with DDP are with changing resorts as your DDP ends on day you check out, move to another resort and you would have to buy more tickets to do DDP again.
