Activate AP without a voucher or certificate

We upgraded unused Parksavers tickets to APs in the fall at MK, but didn't activate the APs at the time. Now we are going back this Spring and want to activate and use our APs. MDE shows the APs and says

Please visit any theme park or Disney Springs Guest Relations counter to exchange your certificate for genuine park admission.

We weren't given a certificate or a voucher when we upgraded. So how do we activate our APs?

By giving them your MDE info and showing proper ID. They'll be able to see your digital AP certificates.
