I'd love to see photos of the action statios at receptions. Prices would be nice too.

This is an overview of the buffet area. We had a carving station which is the chef in the front and the one in the back is the pasta action station.

This is the pepper rubbed beef strip served with roasted garlic, and a merlot demi glace.

My buffet price was $65/person

I was just reading your pj and another post that you made and can't believe you had all of that food for $65 per person

Great pic's! I was wanting to see some also. Would you mind sharing your buffet menu? $65 a person seems really cheap compared to what I have been looking at!

Thanks Girlie! Do you have any pics of your fajita station? I really want that!

I was shocked at the price when I got my BEO. At the tasting we walked out to the car and I told my mom and Danny that our buffet price was going to be $100+ lol!! But I was so surprised at the price.

We had a fajita bar for our pre-reception at $11pp++. Our lunch was cheddar cheese soup, salad, rolls, beef strip loin carving station, pasta action station with two pastas and sauces, parmesean crusted chicken, and mashed potatoes with prociutto, cheddar, & sour cream. And our price also included Mickey premium bars to serve with dessert. All for $65pp++. We did a BOC.

You get on here on your phone too? You are worse than me! Thanks for the fajita bar pic, it looks good!

LOL!! I'm on lunch so when I'm not at my comp I'm usually catching up on things and the easiest way is on my phone. Gotta love the iPhone ;)

Another question for you Girlie, did your guests seem to enjoy having different stations as opposed to a regular buffet or ts? I think that is what I would do even if my budget was unlimited, it just seems like more fun to me.

Anyone have pics of a mashed potato bar or baked potato bar setup?

It's funny, our guests still talk about the food at our wedding. The week before our wedding a friend of ours got married and almost everyone at our wedding went to that wedding. The food was AWFUL!! So bad that we drove thru taco bell after bc we were starving. They said our food was beyond good, especially compared to last weeks food.

Everyone at our wedding was saying how amazing the food was. They thought the pasta station was so good. It really was delish, I wish I could make the sauces at home. Our guests loved that there was so many food items to choose from. We had chicken, beef, pasta, potatoes, soup... a lot of food, lol.

Does anyone have pictures of an Omelet and Crepe station?

Here is the omelet station, they allowed us to switch out some of the ingredients for things that we liked better:

Crepe station- same thing we added some ingredients to this station too:

These were big hits at our brunch, I am glad we did them instead of just pre-made scrambled eggs or something like that for our guests.

Yes, we had a variety of lunch and breakfast items. During the cocktail hour we had a cheese display and a pastry display. For the regular brunch we had a fruit display, au gratin potatoes (Cinderella's Royal Table recipe), chicken caesar pasta (Crystal Palace recipe), chicken in fig au jus, and a bread display.

Chicken in fig au jus with with granny smith apples (which I thought was going to be really gross, but at our tasting it was so delicious we decided to keep it on the menu!)

LOVE the action station dinner menu you had! I was looking at menus yesterday, and had customized the glass slipper almost exactly the same way! It looks like you removed the seafood and dessert sections and replaced the risotto with a pasta action station - I think we must be on the same wavelength when it comes to food. Your pricing is definitely promising too..I'm going to have to spend $125 per person but I wanted to make sure there was room for the drinks and a nice pre-reception. I like how you had the soup too!

Sure, no problem, of course we got married in 2008, so prices have no doubt increased. When I pulled up my BEO it looks like I missed a few items too, we also had bacon, sausage links, and chorizo sausage and peppers. It was a modified version of the Tinkerbell brunch which was $45.00. We had assorted coffee, teas, and juice and a signature juice drink which is the Lilikoi juice served at Kona Cafe (guava, passion, orange). The pre-reception display was $9.50 for a total of $54.50 per person. We did not have any alcohol and used the non-alcoholic cider for our toast which was billed separately.

Thanks for posting!!!:thumbsup2 We are really excited, we think it'll be a big hit at our as well.

What item did you replace with what? Did you modify the Tinkerbell Brunch? Do you have pics of the whole brunch set up?
