I have over 200 positive feedbacks and have really never had a problem, until recently. I had to file a non-paying bidder complaint with ebay because the buyer, with 0 feedback, won two of my auctions and has not paid and has not responded to my many emails (except for my first invoice, she did say she'd send me a m/o...but that was 11 days ago) and I haven't heard from her since.
She has not responded to the npb complaint yet....and I really doubt that this will get resolved What I need to know is if I can send a second chance offer to the next highest bidder of both auctions before this other thing gets resolved?
I'm pretty bummed, because it was "just clothing" but came to about $20 in profit for me, which is a nice hunk of change!
Also, when can I give her "appropriate" feedback? Do I have to wait the 7 days until the dispute is resolved?
