Accuracy of reservation records?

Does anyone know how the overall WDW computerized records system works? When I called last fall for reservations, the cast member said "oh, I see you have been with us 31 times.....". When I called last week, the cast member had my old address and phone number from over 12 years ago! How can that be if records they pull up are all computerized?? Just curious

I don't know. I called last night for ressie and they couldn't find me, even though we were there in December.

I have had that issue several times myself. When I ask why they cannot find me, they just say "I don't know."

Most likely reason they couldnt pull your name up for your reservation is that it is misspelled, or the reservation is made in a different name.

Happens all the time. I have no clue what the education level or nationality of the people accepting the reservations are, but time after time there are numerous misspellings that make reservations difficult to locate.

i don't mean this to be mean but a computer is only as smart as the person running it for that matter my puter has days it don't know anything lol
