Not impressed with the new Dues billing system this year. I sent a check in early January to pay my bill on time, only to be completely annoyed last weekend when I was trying to plan our next family vacation online and had no access! An alert popped up to call Member Accounting. When I finally heard back from someone, I was told that the new billing system posted my payment to someone else's account. Perhaps they need to do more testing before going "live" with our payments!

I did CC payment for instant receipt of payment and guarantee it was handled. Also, used Disney VISA so I could earn points toward them paying my Dues in out years.
 
Sorry to hear your trouble. I used Disney gift cards to pay the annual due over the phone this year, and my account was updated reflecting the payment immediately. Plan to do it again next year.
