accommodations only

Quick questions. Do I have to buy park passes during my stay booked with my DVC at WDW, that is if I just want the accommodations so I could visit Sea World or Universal am I allowed to do that or am I required to buy park tickets?

DVC Resort stays do not have any kind of package requirement.

There are plenty of people who have room only trips. and not visit parks (or visit other companies parks.)
