Accomidations for family

My sister has a family of 9 going to Orlando over Christmas break. There are 5 adults and 4 kids. They want some sort of villas with a shared kitchen. I know there are houses to rent or condos but I have no idea where to look and what is a good price for them. Any suggestions would be great.

VRBO.com There are houses from 1 to 20 BR's (yes, I really seen a 20 BR house lol). She could get a nice 5 or 6BR house in the $150 per night range. Many are within 5 miles of the parks. There are thousands of listings on VRBO. I find it quite fun searching through them. You are dealing with the actual owner most of the time and don't have to pay management fees like you would when renting a home or condo from another website.

Just got back from here (located in Windsor Hills):

We had the 4-bed/4-bath and loved all the space! Nothing like renting a pool home. Having a washer/dryer, dishwasher, our own pool and hot tub (kids just walked out the patio door and were swimming or laying around in the whirlpool instantly)...will never go back to Disney property.

The owners live on property and are there whenever you call. Speaking of call--they had VOIP phones so was able to call home and check in w/o using our cell phones.

We chose them because they have no hidden fees, the price is the price and includes everything. Also, no need to pay until arrival--made me feel a little safer going the house rental route.

Windsor Hills is so close to everything it's unbelievable. There's a new super Target that was great for grocery shopping and right next to it is the new Sweet Tomatoes (YUM!). Everything was about 15 min. away. Even Disney!

Can't say enough!
