Accidently made ADR for 2 instead of 4.

So, I was reviewing my ADRs, and realized I made a mistake. My Fantasmic Ressie @ Mama Melrose is only for 2 ppl and it should be for 4. I know that I am unable to change it on the res., but does anyone have experience with getting them to change it at check-in?

You posted in the right place - ADRs are not tied to your room. Call the dining line and ask them to change it now, as soon as possible. Your chances are better now than later. On check in your would have to go to the concierge desk to ask about dining, and it will probably be too late to change at that point.

They can only change it now if there is availability as only a certain number are sold per seating.

I would try 45 days out, a few weeks out and 48 hours out. I have never heard of anyone able to change day of.

I called and I was able to get a new reservation for 4 people.

Great. I imagine more availability next month due to nightly Fantasmic! shows. I know a lot of people cancelled their ADRs because of it.
