Accessing WiFi on an iPhone

Does anyone have a suggestion for accessing the Universal WiFi network in the parks on an iPhone? The iPhone goes to the login, but no login authentication appears? I tried manually entering the router IP address, but that didn’t work. On the Samsung phones, we are able to login without issues.

The iPhone doesn’t have unlimited data and needs the WiFi!

I contacted guest services in Universal Studios. They told me that there was a known issue with the WiFi on some iPhones and that they were working on it.

Today, I was able to access the WiFi with the iPhone.
