Accessing the AP website with exchange vouchers?

Hi all,

I've been trying to access the passholders section of the website - https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/passholder/passholdersGate?id=PassholdersGatePage
I thought I had this sussed, and that the AP vouchers we have are Exchange Certificate Type 1, but when I get to the last column marked #...##### which needs to be a number between 1 and 5 digits, I think this is where it goes wrong.

In that place on the voucher I have a 2 digit Tran number and a 4 digit Tkt number. Neither of these works, and they're too long to use together.

I can't see any other numbers on there that look suitable and the certificate type I've chosen seems correct, but it just keeps telling me the number I've entered is invalid.

Can anyone help?

We had the exact same problem with our vouchers and I went through a chain of emails between the wedding planner and the Disney's online helpdesk...according to all of them you can't log into the website with your vouchers. You have to wait until you use them the first time and turn them into actual passes and then it works. It's really weird because some people on here (when I was going through the same problem) were actually able to log in with their vouchers but it didn't work for us. After we got our actual passes we were able to log in though. You may just have to call Disney and tell them you have a pass to see what the discount is if your looking for the room discount.

Actually you can log into the site I have already made reservations through there using only my exchange vouchers. You have to enter the info in the very last option. Exchange certificate type 2. enter month day year should be 2 digits only, it will not work if you use for example 2008. enter the WTS and the TR number can be anywhere from 1 digit to 5 digits.
