access to restaurants at Atlantis?

I've read on here that you can use the casino/sportsbook at Atlantis if you don't book a room there. Can you also eat in their restaurants without a room?

Yes, you can eat there without being a guest. We normally have lunch at a spot they have in the middle of the beach/pool area. It's an outdoor spot with a big sea shell for a roof. I don't know the name of it, but it's pretty good. Nice salads, pizzas, and sandwiches.

I'm not sure that you can eat at all of the restaurants without a room or wristband. You can't get into the beach/dig area without a wristband and it seems like I recall there being some restaurants you could only get to via the beach/big dig. I like the sushi restaurant in the casino (I think its called 3 twins) and I know you can eat there without having a room or band.
